Ramen made from scratch. Nothing else.
Chicken and pork broth that starts before sunrise, noodles cut in the kitchen, four bowls and a short list of milk teas. That is the whole menu, on purpose.
Open now, until 8 pm

茶Not just ramen
We also serve milk tea.
From freshly brewed loose-leaf teas to signature milk teas, every drink is crafted to complement every warm, savory bowl. Three milk teas, two brown sugar drinks, three pure teas, and pearls or jelly if you want them.

From day one, our mission has been simple: to craft a bowl of ramen that feels warm, honest, and unforgettable. Every recipe is refined with patience, every bowl prepared to order, and every detail thoughtfully considered. We believe great ramen is always worth the wait.

Our first guests, in their words.
I lived in Japan as a young teenager. The Ramen prepared and served at Tsukimi was so authentic, it was like taste bud time travel.
Walk into a well presented, spotless, great smelling restaurant. Get treated by the fantastically warm owners. Eat THE BEST ramen you’ve ever had.
The soup was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. This is the tastiest ramen soup I've had in Knoxville.
The staff was polite and recommended the milk tea, which I had never had, and now I’m obsessed with it.
Officially the best ramen in Knoxville. They cook the broth for hours, so it comes out incredibly flavorful.
It was excellent ramen, comparable to authentic Japanese places I've been to. My friend got the Milk Tea and I had a sip. Delicious.
I love that the place is so clean. The milk tea is excellent. I’m so happy that this place exists here.
The black garlic and classic ramen were both fantastic and I'm excited to come back and try the green and red versions.
Clean and cozy atmosphere and fast service. The soup base is amazing too. Recommend to ramen lovers!
Food was delicious! The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. This is a great addition to Farragut!
