Bones in before sunrise
Chicken and pork bones go into the pot first thing. The kitchen smells like broth before the lights are on.
before 5 am私達Who we are
Tsukimi was created with a simple idea: to serve comforting bowls of ramen and refreshing drinks in a space where people can slow down, gather, and enjoy everyday moments.

Inspired by Japanese ramen culture and modern café dining, our menu brings together rich broths, fresh noodles, savory toppings, and handcrafted milk tea.
We believe great food does not need to feel complicated. It should be warm, satisfying, and made with care.
月見The name
Tsukimi means moon viewing. Every autumn in Japan, on the night of the harvest moon, people set out rice dumplings and pampas grass and sit outside to look up. It is a festival about slowing down and paying attention to something simple and good.
In noodle shops the word has a second meaning. A bowl with an egg on top is called tsukimi, because the yolk looks like the moon sitting in the broth. Every bowl here comes with one.
The rabbit in our logo comes from the same story. Look at the full moon in Japan and you are told to see a rabbit pounding rice cakes, not a face.
四Four steps
What happens before a bowl reaches the counter.

Corn, bean sprouts, wood ear, onion and scallions, cut each morning and kept cold.

骨The broth
From day one, our mission has been simple: to craft a bowl of ramen that feels warm, honest, and unforgettable. Every recipe is refined with patience, every bowl prepared to order, and every detail thoughtfully considered. We believe great ramen is always worth the wait.

Everything on the table is made in the back, the same morning you eat it.
初First time here?
Three things worth knowing before you order.
All four start from the same broth. The difference is what goes on top.
Our picks. Staff will happily argue with us.
